It's easy to access MA and R-rated stuff on Planet 3 like Playboy, Club Jenna and Adult Fantasy. All you need is an Access All Areas password
Postpaid Customers
If you’re over 18 and pay your mobile bill by direct debit, chances are we've already enabled Access All Areas for you. Just select the product you want and enter your 4 digit account PIN when prompted for your AAA password (hint: you'll find your 4 digit account PIN at the top of your 3 Service Agreement).
Once your PIN is accepted, you'll be asked to create a new AAA password and away you go!
Prepaid Customers
If you’re a pre-pay customer and haven’t used your AAA password before, you’ll need to download and fill in the AAA form below so we can verify you’re over 18.
To get access, download an Access All Areas form. Then just fill in your details and fax it back to us with a copy of your proof of age.
We'll SMS you your password within 48 hours. If you have any problems, call Customer Care on 13 33 20.
Hints:
- Write down your new AAA password and put it somewhere safe in case you forget it.
- If you forget your password, to reset your AAA password, you can use your 4 digit Account PIN. You can find this on the top of your service agreement. If you need help with your Account PIN or AAA password, just call 3 Customer Care on 13 33 20.
- Your AAA password lets you access restricted content whenever you like, so keep it safe, don't forget it and enjoy the freedom to go where you want!
