Voicemail

Voicemail keeps you in touch when you're out of touch. With 3 you won't miss a thing when your mobile is in use, or turned off. 3 takes a voice message then sends you an SMS to let you know that someone's after you.

Just call 333 from your mobile or dial 0430 005 333 from a landline to pick up the message, and use the same number to record all your personal messages.

You can customise your Voicemail for:

• When you are far too busy talking to someone else on the phone
• When the phone is ringing and ringing and you just can't get to it
• When you're going to be away from your phone for extended periods
• When, frankly, it's a thoroughly antisocial time of day, or night, to be ringing

…and if someone's trying in vain to Video Call and they can't reach you they can leave you a Video Mail. Dial 333 and select the Video Call button to record your 'not available' message, or choose one of ours.

SMS - Texting

SMS is an excellent way to stay in touch. Just go to messages, write your message on your mobile phone keypad then send it to other mobile phones.

SMS is perfect for when you don't have time to speak to someone, but you want them to get the message.
