It's now been over two years since we brought 3 and Vodafone together.
We wanted to give all our 3 customers an update on what this means for you.
You'll now see the distinctive red Vodafone logo along with the 3 logo, in places such as this website, when you recharge and on your monthly bill. It's all part of moving to one brand.
From August, 3 customers will start to use the Vodafone network while in Australia (for further information – click here). Everything else you're used to on 3, including your 3 plan value and access to services such as My 3 and Planet 3, are staying the same. So there's nothing you need to do.
Nothing changes for you, you'll still be able to recharge your 3 Prepaid service as quickly and easily as ever – either online or on your mobile, or by calling 2224 (Voice) or 131 921 (Mobile Broadband). You can also pick up your 3 recharge voucher at more places including any Vodafone store, Vodafone dealer, or at any participating store nationally where you see a 3 or Vodafone logo.
Everyone on 3 gets a free talk 24/7 allowance to everyone else on 3 within Australia. If you're on our 3 Contract Cap $29 and above, you'll get unlimited standard national voice calls to Vodafone mobiles too. Excludes Apple® iPhone® Caps.
