Payment and Charges

The following payment charges currently apply:

1. Payment dishonour charges:
A payment dishonour fee of $15 (plus GST) may be charged if your payment is dishonoured. This fee will be in addition to any fees your financial institution or credit provider may charge you.

2. Australia Post surcharge:
If you choose to pay your bill via Australia Post, a surcharge of $1.00 per payment (incl GST) will apply ($1.65 incl GST for payments after 16 Jan '12).

3. Credit card surcharge:
Credit/debit cards are subject to a surcharge fee of 1% (plus GST) for Visa, Mastercard & Diners and 2.15% (plus GST) for Amex of the total transaction amount . This will appear on your next bill.

4. Late payment:
If your account is not paid in full on or before the due date, a late payment of $10.00 (no GST) will apply each month until the overdue amount is paid.

5. Paper bill:
A $2 charge may be applied if you choose to receive a paper bill.

6. Mobile Broadband Unlocking Fees:
A $99 modem unlocking fee applies to Mobile Broadband customers who purchased their modem outright from 3 on either a No Fixed Contract (Outright) Postpaid plan or for Prepaid. For further information on unlocking fees please call us on 133320.

7. Reconnection Fee:
A $35.00 fee is payable when you have had your service suspended more than or equal to 3 times in the past six months.
