Can I access the Mobile Internet while roaming on my iPhone?
You can access the Mobile Internet on your iPhone anywhere within the 3 Broadband Zones. And the good news is that you can also access the Mobile Internet when you're outside these zones by Roaming. Just keep in mind that if you access the Mobile Internet when roaming, roaming data charges will apply. Check your plan for roaming charges, and upgrade to one of our Mobile Internet Packs for the best possible value.
Can I turn off data roaming?
There is a menu option on the iPhone to turn off Roaming. Please note, this option turns off International data roaming, not national data roaming.
How do I know when I'm nationally roaming?
You'll know you're roaming on your iPhone when you see an 'E' next to the signal bars.
Can my phone roam internationally?

To access Planet 3, open Safari (the iPhone's Internet browser), enter i.three.com.au into the URL address bar at the top of the screen, then tap the Go button.
How do I add Planet 3 to my home screen?
You can add Planet 3 to your Home Screen with by entering i.three.com.au into the URL address bar at the top of your Safari screen and select 'Go', tap the '+' symbol then choose 'Add to Home Screen'. Finalise this by tapping the 'Add' option.

What is unbricking?
Unbricking or activating is done by simply plugging your iPhone into iTunes. Prior to this the iPhone is basically as useful as a brick (hence the name), all that can be done is make emergency calls (so be careful!). To unbrick an iPhone simply power on the device with a 3 USIM inserted and use the USB cable to plug the iPhone into a computer with iTunes open, the computer must have a connection to the internet. Unbricking only takes a few seconds and once complete the device will be ready to use.
What is iOS4.0?
iOS4.0 is the latest version of software that our iPhones will run on. This version of software offers several improvements to the iPhone which make it more 3! Improvements include the ability to cut/ copy/ paste text, stereo Bluetooth, MMS support, Spotlight search, voice memos and tethering.

What is the battery life like with the iPhone?
As always battery life depends largely on usage patterns. Apple's official battery times are printed on features guides and on the internet. For light users customers can expect to get 2 days usage, while very heavy users of voice, data and media will find they need to charge nightly. Also it is best to charge when convenient and not to wait till the battery goes completely flat to recharge as this may harm the battery if done constantly.
