You will receive a mobile and mains charger as a loan to you, which you will return when you collect your phone*^.
*We do not supply handsfrees, bluetooths, cases or car chargers.
^Failure to return our equipment will be a charge of $150 for the mobile and $29.95 for the charger. This also applies to damages to our equipment. We cannot give your repaired mobile back to you until all of our equipment is returned.
Your mobile repair may not cost you a cent* when your mobile is still under manufacturer's warranty.
We'll aim to keep any repair costs as low as possible when your handset is no longer under warranty. Our friendly staff can help you with your options, should your mobile be beyond repair.
*Free repairs are for 3 mobiles still within the warranty period and are subject to the handset manufacturer's terms and conditions.
If you submit your repair at a 3 Store or 3 Service Centre, a fee of $39.95 including GST will need to be paid on the day you submit your repair.
You need to keep your receipt and you will be contacted once our technicians have generated a quote.
If you submitted your repair at a 3 Store or 3 Service Centre and choose not to accept the quote, the $39.95 fee is non-refundable and your device will be given back to you.
You will need to backup all of your stuff either via USB/bluetooth to your computer using the software that corresponds to your mobile. You can back up your numbers by simply copying them to your sim card. If you have a memory card you can also store all your photos, videos and music files onto this.
