Why sign up to eBilling?

We’re moving away from paper bills to eBilling and from 1st July 2008 a charge of $2 will apply to every paper bill produced. That means you'll receive your bill by email which is great for the environment.

What you need to know

  • Your 3 bill will be emailed to your nominated email address every month.
  • Your eBill is sent as a PDF attachment, so you'll need Acrobat Reader to view it. Get Acrobat Reader here
  • Your request will take 48 hours to be processed. So you may get one more paper invoice depending on the date you sign up.
  • If your eBill does not get through to your nominated email account, we'll send you an SMS.
  • You can also see your bills when you log into My 3 online.
