Why sign up to eBilling?

We’re moving away from paper bills to eBilling and from 1st July 2008 a charge of $2 will apply to every paper bill produced. That means you'll receive your bill by email which is great for the environment.

What you need to know

Your 3 bill will be emailed to your nominated email address every month.
Your eBill is sent as a PDF attachment, so you'll need Acrobat Reader to view it. Get Acrobat Reader here
Your request will take 48 hours to be processed. So you may get one more paper invoice depending on the date you sign up.
If your eBill does not get through to your nominated email account, we'll send you an SMS.
