What you need to know
- Your 3 bill will be emailed to your nominated account every month.
- Your eBill is sent as a PDF attachment, so you'll need Acrobat Reader to view it.
Get Acrobat Reader here 
- Your request will take 48 hours to be processed. So you may get one more paper bill depending on the date you sign up.
- Remember if you change your email address, update it on My3. If we are unable to deliver your ebill, we will send you an sms.
- If your eBill does not get through to your nominated email account, we'll send you an SMS.
- You can also see your bill when you log into My 3 online.
How do I sign up to eBilling?
You can sign up to eBilling with My 3 online or on your mobile. To sign up online log into My 3 online and follow the instructions.
You can also update your email address with My 3 online.
To sign up on your 3 mobile:
- Press the Planet 3 Button
- Click on the "Mine" tab
- Select "More My Account"
- Scroll down to "Get my bills via email"
